Looking to understand best practices for syncing Servicenow GRC table data(eg:Sn_audit_engagement) to an external SQL Server database for reporting.
We're evaluating a few approaches - Table API with sync, JDBC Spoke and would love to hear what's actually working in production environments and specifically interested to know what is preferred integration method, how to handle incremental loads vs full refreshes, any GRC-specific challenges around reference fields, MID Server vs external runner.
Any real world experience or architecture tips would be greatly appreciated.
