What is the difference between Operational Resilience's scenarios and scenario analysis?
Especially for scenarios, I don't think there is any use case for scenarios, just to tie events together and store them, to be used for some other data or functionality. (Is it like a category to categorize events? In that case, wouldn't the use of scenarios be mandatory?)
I would appreciate it if you could tell me the specific use cases for Operational Resilience scenarios and scenario analysis (specific examples of what kind of business scenarios would be used) and the differences in what can be achieved with each function.

Thank you!
I have reviewed the documents and videos you taught me, but I am still not able to visualize the specific use cases.
For example, if we have a “flood” scenario, can you tell us how the scenario and scenario analysis would be used with specific examples?
I would also like to know what kind of actors are involved.
Thank you in advance.
