Hi all,
I am currently preparing the migration of our classic attestations to smart assessments. I noticed that for smart assessments that are created from scratch in the Assessment Workspace, I am able to add an Assessment reference without any issues, where I choose Control fields to be displayed in the panel to the right when the user is responding to the attestation.
But for migrated attestations, I am not able to add an assessment reference at all. When I click "+ Add assessment reference" in the workspace, the card description is greyed out, as well as the buttons, so I'm not able to submit anything (see screenshot).
If I copy the attestation, I am able to add the assessment reference in the copied record. But I don't want to have to copy several attestations just for this. Am I missing something silly? Has anyone come across the same issue?
Thanks in advance!

Hello @Ana41 ,
Check if the migrated template is in published state. That's the most likely cause.
When in draft you should be good to add assessment reference to a Smart assessment template.
If answer help, hit Helpful and Accept As Solution button.
Thanks,
