Hello Community,
I recently upgraded my Personal Developer Instance (PDI) to Brazil Patch 0 to learn and practice Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
When I try to install the TPRM application from the Application Manager (it shows version 23.0.7), the installation gets blocked because it says the following dependency is required:
App Name: Recommendation Template
App ID: sn_reco_template
I tried searching for sn_reco_template / Recommendation Template in Application Manager, but it is not available or downloadable in my Brazil PDI, whereas it was not needed in earlier releases like Australia.
Is there any way to install TPRM or get this dependency installed in my Brazil Patch 0 PDI?
Any help or workaround would be greatly appreciated!

This is currently an unresolved problem with certain modules for Brazil PDIs:

Hopefully it gets addressed in Patch 1 but for now there doesn't appear to be any work-around.

Yes it is annoying. But to be fair to ServiceNow, it's early days for Brazil so I guess glitches are to be expected.
