unable to view user responses of attestations.

I noticed that some users are able to view the user responses of attestations while few users cannot. I checked the ACLS for UI pages and client scripts as well. I couldn't get a hint that how to allow the other users also to make it visible. Here all users can view the user responses of attestations that are assigned to them but only a few users can view the user responses of attestations that are assigned to someone else as well. i want to make a list of users to view user responses where the related attestation is assigned to someone else. How to do this ? Any suggestions?

It's in the ACL's, so you need to check on those. Limit it to the read ACL's and check on them.

If you can't find it in the ACL list, use the security debugger to find out which ACL is blocking the access when looking for a record that isn't for the user.
