Hello, We are implementing ESG and are running into the issue of tracking updates to the content accelerators integrated into our environment. How can I actively monitor changes in the citations available from the the content accelerator?
ESG release notes do not provide these updates. See Release notes
Example: I am consuming a collection of SASB citations but would like to be notified if any citations relevant to me are added, removed, or updated.
Thank you!

Where do your citations come from and what is the process for updating them? Are you using ServiceNow's UCF integration to download authority documents?

Hi, this is through the ESG tool. To access, go to the esg workspace and open the content accelerator page. This post is not talking about the UCF integration for the standard policy and compliance app.

If I am not mistaken, ESG application uses the same table for Citations as GRC application, namely [sn_compliance_citation]. I imagine you could create an email notification that would react to insert and/or update events in that table.

Hi @EdanR ,
If there are updates to citations, a new version will be created and will be visible in the ESG content accelerator when selecting the version for the framework. This means that for any changes in the content, a new version will be created. Before downloading the content, you can select the version and then download the corresponding content.
Furthermore, beginning from the August 2024 release, any update to the content will be indicated by colored text within the framework tile.
