Upload vendor assessment responses from excel into ServiceNow?

Is there a way for vendors to easily upload completed assessments from an excel into ServiceNow?

There isn't an out of box VRM solution for this, and we also have a business scenario where this feature would be of great use and have requested this feature with the VRM product team.  We have vendors/suppliers who must complete the questionnaire in a location (e.g., data center) where they are not allowed to have internet access due to high security, but they can fill out an Excel sheet and send it later when they are in a location where they do have internet access.

In the Vendor Assessment Portal, vendor contacts can import excel questionnaire templates (i.e, SIG) to a an assessment. If your using a standard template, this should address your requirement to be able to download the excel, complete on a desktop, and then upload to the portal once the vendor is in a location with internet access.

Is the issue that the questionnaire templates your sending to vendors does not conform to a standard template?

jjcontessa, you're correct that in my situation we are not using a standard industry questionnaire, we have created our own specific questionnaire's.  Our needs are for a variety of partner compliance assessments.
