Even after providing detailed instructions and adding helpful hints to our notifications, our vendor contacts continue to struggle with creating users and assigning them to questionnaires. As a result, our team spends many hours per week meeting with vendors to walk them through the process, or just adding the additional vendor contacts for them.

 

Does anyone have a solution to automatically make a vendor contact a primary engagement contact, then automatically assign them to all questionnaires for that engagement, when a vendor contact adds them through the vendor portal?  A one step process vs. a three step process.

Say a little more about the vendor questionnaire process.  If you can sketch out the simple process and post it.  Are these new vendors every time they go to create an account?
