Vulnerability Item Missing its CI Despite Discovered Item having one

Hi all,
My situation is exactly as this post from 2 years ago.  Missing CI on VIT ( I abbreviated the title ).

I have Vulnerability Items with missing CIs.

Observations
The Vulnerability Item that has was created precedes the Discovered Item by an hour.  The CI involved, still attached to the discovered item was created with the discovered item and share the same create datetime.

The CI install status has never changed from installed.

I'm going to open a HI ticket.  I'll post here when I find an update
