What are orphan records in GRC?

Hello Experts,

I have a question--whether orphan records should include active as well as inactive records from the system?

I am working on report creation--while filtering the orphan records should I apply active=true or not ?

Could anyone please clear me on this.

Hi @ujjwala_678 ,

Orphan Records in GRC would mean differently for different Applications.

For Example: CI which is a ENITITY , that was unintentionally left in the CMDB when it is no longer needed.

You Might have a few controls which is not required anymore.

I am looking for below GRC items

GRC attestation, GRC assessments, vendor risk assessment

Policy, control objectives, risks, issues, controls, policy exceptions,

I want to create reports for displaying orphaned records from the system

For These many tables 

Can you please suggest me appropriate filter conditions?
