Hello @Aashish5
In ServiceNow, creating and maintaining objects involves various components like Tables, Columns/Fields, Flows, CIs, Catalog Items, Record Proudcers etc.
For example if you are in a meeting with stakeholder where they specifically mention creating and maintain objects around Configuration Items (CIs) then they most probably be talking about components like servers, printers, databasem devices etc.
If you are in a meeting with ServiceNow System Administrator then he/she may meant to ensure that custom tables are known to you and your team as what all they are created for and adhering the best practice table naming standards.
If you are in a meeting with multiple ServiceNow dev teams where one team is responsible for ITSM and you/your team is for CSM, then someone may say that Aashish you should be responsible for maintaing Case objects like table, fields etc. associated to Case.
Hope it helps!
Hope that helps!
