Requirement :
Whenever ITIL user is trying to search the "Pending Retirement" knowledge article he is unable to find the KB article in "Global search" by using key word (eg : text search ).
Can anyone help me with this and provide me solution.

Hi @BhargavY ,
Search "ts_group.LIST" in application navigator then it will open "Text Search Groups" records. In that list you can see Knowledge & Catalog. Click on that Knowledge & Catalog and then in the related lists "Text Search Tables" you can see "kb_knowledge". Click on that kb_knowledge and then update the conditions. Add Workflow is Published or Workflow is Pending Retirement. and then save.
After that you can search pending retirment article as well in the global search.
