which schedule Job creates Indicator tasks for Indicators of type manual

Indicator Tasks used to get created based on the next run time on the Indicators of Type manual. But this month tasks are not created for Indicators which have Next Run time as 11/01/2020. I had seen in the community that 'GRC indicator nightly run' scheduled job is responsible for the creating indicator task but this scheduled job is inactive in our instance from 2016.

By default 'GRC indicator nightly run' is inactive. Customers are expected to make it active once their indicator setup is done.

Are you sure they got created automatically, tasks can also be created by executing indicator manually.
