Why does it not let me create indicator template or indicators?

I am trying to create a new indicator template but it does not let me submit the form. There is no error shown so I am confused. I am logged in as admin, changed application scope to GRC:Risk Management and have assigned GRC admin roles such as sn_compliance.admin to rule out that possibility. Tried entering values under Supporting data, schedule and settings. Am I missing something ?

Are you creating it from a control objective or Risk Statement?

No I am creating them directly from Control Indicators -> New

As i can see from your screenshot, it's different then OOTB, you have added a new tab called "Basic Criteria", please fill that information.

Also, If you select "Basic" as Method type then , "Supporting data is mandatory:

I found it ! The date on the schedule should NOT be a past date. It does not give any warnings but once I change the date, it saves !
