Why does it not let me create indicator template or indicators?

I am trying to create a new indicator template but it does not let me submit the form. There is no error shown so I am confused. I am logged in as admin, changed application scope to GRC:Risk Management and have assigned GRC admin roles such as sn_compliance.admin to rule out that possibility. Tried entering values under Supporting data, schedule and settings. Am I missing something ?

Thank you! You helped me! For others: The same thing happens when you are trying to activate, execute or retire an indicator. It will not give an error message. The culprit is a new client script 'Validate dates on submit'.
