Write access on Journal fields are not granting with OOB ACL roles on the risk assessment table

Hello Team,

On risk assessment table, i am trying to provide write access on journal fields (work notes, comments) by adding OOB write ACL roles to the required group. Somehow the user is not able to get the write access on those journal fields even he is having read access on the table.

Requesting to suggest a best approach for this.

if you are sure user has field level WRITE access, then remember user also need to have write access to the record so that they can edit
