Catalog Item stuck in review. ITSMI Lab 4.5

Hey guys, 

 

right now i'm at Lab 4.5 - configuring an item in Service Catalog by modifying an existing item ("Document Creation"). I changed the questions and category as provided in the tutorial. After that i want to publish the item. I'm logged in as Sys Admin. 

The item just moves its state to "in review":

i also checked the catalog item view:

 If i cancel the checkout, my changes are being reverted to the last published state - the one before my changes during tutorial. 

 

I also checked out https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1208591, but it all looks fine. I tried re-entering the value 4000, but nothing changed.

So: What else can i try to move this catalog item into a published state? It looks like such a basic feature and i cannot unterstand why that would not work. I had a similar problem on another instance which i used for CSA training. Am i missing something huge?

I have the same issue and couldn't figure it out so far as well, let me know if you have found a solution
