PFA screenshot. I am the platform admin. We are on Vancouver version.
While creating an incident, when we click on the lens icon of the "caller" field, I have 4 columns - Name, first name, last name and email address. Got three records in which all are the same :X, because all records were created for the same person. I am in the process of cleaning up User tables (which is a saga in itself) but a thought occurred - why not have User ID column here so that it will makes peoples lives easier which will help them at least visually differentiate between records.
How can I add User ID field?
I don’t see the gear icon here.
Any configuration change I can do that will ensure everyone has User ID column?
Any help here would be highly appreciated _ / \ _

Hi @iamkurt ,
Click on the breadcrumbs in top and check for edit personal filters, You will be able to see the gear icon for you to add the other fields required.
Attaching the screenshot for your reference.
