Hi,

How can i generate a reports in Xanadu Release

1. Percent of Incidents Resolved without Agent Re assignment 

2. Percent of Closed cases Re-assigned

Please help me out how can we achieve the same

For Percentage you will need Performance analytics.

As @Community Alums correctly have stated, when calculating percentage you need performance analytics installed. Do you have this available?
