Hi,

How can i generate a reports in Xanadu Release

1. Percent of Incidents Resolved without Agent Re assignment 

2. Percent of Closed cases Re-assigned

Please help me out how can we achieve the same

Hi @kranthi2 ,

You can first of all check with your ServiceNow sales representative if you are licensed for performance analytics or not. If you are, then you can install performance analytics through plugins in your instance.
