How to display new created change requests under ritm on service portal not in related list usingflo

after submitting the catalog item form, i want to display newly created change req under ritm on service portal not in related list of ritm. i am using flow designer and change template to create change. please help. screenshot attached for your reference.

Hi,

This is the standard ticket widget, it does not support showing other records than the one you've submitted.

If that kind of functionality is needed, then maybe you need to create a custom widget that can handle that.

On a curious note, why would a requested item also create a Change record by default ?
Seems like kind of duplicated records.
