i want to work in service now , i have many time create everything in my incident and problem  table but i have not a task record for practice purpuse so any one provide the task for practice

Go to developer.servicenow.com and get yourself a private development instance.
You should also be logged into ServiceNow University and following one of the many paths on that (which would also tell you about the Private Developer Instances)

DO NOT practice on a company / customer instance.

If you are employed with a ServiceNow partner company then you can access to different now learning courses and they should be free and you should get lab instance as well where you can practice the lab exercises.
