Remove the knowledge Base from the Filter search

Hi,

There is a requirement to remove the knowledge base which is displayed along side with the category under the Search Filters in the Service Portal. Please find the below image for more details. Kindly help me to achieve this.

Navigate to Service portal -> Portals

Open SP(service Portal) 

Go the search sources related list and click on edit button to remove knowledge base search source

Hi,

The issue has still persisted, but the knowledge base is being displayed alongside with the category below the 'Category'. Please see the attached image for reference.

Please confirm you updated the correct portal. Also is it still searching in there or just shows the category?

Yes, I have updated the correct portal. It still shows under the category when we click on the category the issue shows up under it. as shown in the image.
