Renaming columns under related list of problem form alone.

Hi I wanted to change the name of the column of the related list under Approver tab of problem form.

those doesn't look like OOTB fields on Approval table

Did you check if those are customs?

If yes then you can change the column label but remember this will be a global change and will impact in normal table list as well.

Yes it’s a custom field. But my question is incase this customization has to be updated only in the problem form is there any other way.?

like approvers related list should have a custom field which is shown in problem form alone not in any other places like inc or chg.

once you update the column label, it will be impacting every place where this field is being shown
