Required Clarification for the Plugin Recommended Actions - Advanced is included in my Subscription?

HI, 

 

Our subscription shows that we have Recommended Actions - Advanced plugin - Screenshot -1

but it is showing paid, when we search this in Plugin - Screenshot 2

Can we install this as free or we need to pay extra for this??????

Our Current Subscription is IT Service Management Professional.

Advanced Recommended actions for ITSM

is a stored PAID app and it will be available in your plugin list once you request and pay for it.

If it is showing in subscription list , most probably , it is paid already.

 

Note: For any subscription, license, or entitlement related queries , recommendation is to reach out directly to your ServiceNow Account Executive (AE)  for the clarification.
