walk-up appointment cancelled automatically

Hi team,

I have booked a walk-up appointment after 5 mins of the gap , state of the walk-up appointment are changing state from ready to cancelled. What might be the reason for this.

Check the time you created the appointment for and the time it got cancelled, if it was created in past then it could get cancelled since you didn't show up.
