Email Template

I have created an email template that auto populates the body with a sign off template. I have set the conditions and this seems to work seemingly on the sn_customerservice_case table but not on the sn_customerservice_task table.

 

I recreated the same email templates but doesn't seem to want to play ball on the sn_customerservice_task table.

 

The conditions that works on the case table is but doesn't on the task table :

 

assignment.type contains finance 

&

email template is empty

&

assignmentgroup is control team

 

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Can you share the exact condition? I do not believe the above is valid for both tables.

Above is what I have set as the conditions for the sn_customerservice_case table.

I have created another email template exactly the same but for the Accounts Payable team.

However, it doesn't seem to want to play ball when recreating the email templates within the sn_customerservice_task table.

Do you have a custom field 'Email template' in the case table?

 

And you are talking about Client Email Templates, not Email Templates, right?

No we don't have any custom fields.

 

Sorry, that's right, this is regarding email client templates.
