Hello All,

I customize the delete ACL and now I want to retrieve the delete ACL to the default

But I not sure what was the role

Is it ITIL and admin_ITIL only or admin_ITIL?

would you please help me with that.

OOTB, it's itil_admin.

 

I would recommend restoring the deleted record from the delete records table, rather than re-creating the record manually. This'll prevent a skipped record issue, or possible conflict if the plugin is manually repaired / receives a fix script where a certain sys_id is expected

Over PDI it's like this where role is itil_admin.

As suggested by Kieran try to search in Deleted Records table by setting filter as showcased below and then after opening it just hit undelete button.
