Asset created even though "Is Virtual" checkbox checked via Discovery

Discovery source: AWS VM Instance Discovery

An asset was still created even though the "Is virtual" checkbox was checked during the discovery process.

This did not happen in the lower environment.

Looking for direction on a potential cause.

Hi @scotts3003,

Did you verify the configuration for the product model category and the asset tracking strategy for the corresponding product model are the same between the instances? They control if an asset is created or not.
