Asset created even though "Is Virtual" checkbox checked via Discovery

Discovery source: AWS VM Instance Discovery

An asset was still created even though the "Is virtual" checkbox was checked during the discovery process.

This did not happen in the lower environment.

Looking for direction on a potential cause.
