Asset put away drop-off location error on ITSM Mobile Agent app

This question relates to Hardware Asset Management and ITSM Mobile Agent app (specifically the Asset put away feature under Asset).

When inserting a drop-off location (e.g. 01 - 001 )  a error message appears "The drop off location format is invalid". 

01 - 001 is the display value of the Aisle and space record. The same value works successfully when updating a Asset put away task in the Hardware Asset Workspace. The issue only seems to occur on the Mobile Agent app. 

The Aisle and space is related to a active Stockroom. The Stockroom is enabled for Warehouse tasks. 

I have tried various combinations of the Aisle and space.

Nothing works. 

I've read through product documentation and it states that barcode or manual entry is acceptable and should work. 

Does anyone know what input value the field is expecting?
