Hi everyone,
I’m running into some unexpected behavior with asset swaps in the Incident module. When a swap is performed, the old asset is supposed to automatically move to In Stock / Pending Disposal and get placed in the Field Services Storage Room – Disposal Room.
But instead, assets are being routed to the Mobile Asset Storage location.
Has anyone seen this before or know which workflow, business rule, or script action might be overriding the expected stockroom assignment? Any guidance would be really appreciated.
