Hello,
In regards to disposal orders, I noticed that once a Planned Asset is in transit, the State/Substate is locked down.
The issue we're having is that there are still discrepancies with what has been shipped to the vendor so, if needed, we'd like to cancel a Planned Asset at the Documentation / Pending certificate Stage. See screenshot.
My manager seems to have the ability to do so. Does anyone know the role that allows this? ham_admin perhaps.

Hi @Toan Nguyen ,
You are correct. You can remove or cancel a planned asset until the asset is in the transit stage. After the asset is in the confirmation stage, you can't remove or cancel the asset.
And yes, ham_admin role can cancel a planned asset at any stage in the disposal
process.
Please mark this Helpful and accept the solution, if my answer helps you.
Thanks,
Gargi

Thank you for the reply. We tested the ham_admin role and it worked.
Like all admin roles, we'll have to be careful with who gets it as it seems to allow the editing of the asset State/Substate across all situations.
