When I want to return a hardware asset or deploy an asset to a different location within the same building/premise

Then I should have a catalog item to submit the request and the catalog item should allow me to provide the following information for the request:

• Hardware asset or Consumable
• Asset Action
• Return stockroom
• Re-deployment location

Where

• Only the hardware asset(s) or consumable(s) assigned to the requester can be selected
• Choices for Asset Action are: Return, Re-deployment
• 'Return stockroom' is only applicable when 'Return' is selected for 'Asset Action'
• For 'Return stockroom', only the stockroom(s) linked to the hardware asset can be selected
• 'Re-deployment location' is only applicable when 'Re-deployment' is selected for 'Asset Action'
• For 'Re-deployment location', only the location(s) within the same building of the selected hardware asset can be selected

I am stucked at 

• For 'Return stockroom', only the stockroom(s) linked to the hardware asset can be selected.
• For 'Re-deployment location', only the location(s) within the same building of the selected hardware asset can be selected

please provide solution for it

I am assuming your assets are linked to one location and one stockroom, therefore, for Return stockroom and Re-deployment location you should make them Auto-populate (and consider making them readonly, maybe?). These will be then be filled by the location or stockroom respectively depending on asset action selected, they are also dependant on the variable Hardware asset or Consumable (this variable should be reference). Below is the sample configuration of these variables (Re-deployment location or Return stockroom):

Hi @Kamva  for location this works but for stockroom it is not working and I want to fetch all stockrooms for that particular location

I wasn't very clear with the requirement. Now for your Stockroom variable, you need to make it a reference field to query alm_stockroom table and set User reference qualifier to and Reference qualifier to javascript: 'location=' + current.variables.location. Please note that location in the Reference qualifier is the exact name of the location variable. See the attached configurations:
