I created a Data Certification schedule for monthly audits on our handful of stockrooms that have assets (laptops) assigned to them. They are assigned to each stockroom manager, and the managers can go to Service Desk - My Work, to work the audit, and passing or failing each laptop by serial number.
How do I create a report that can show the % accuracy of each stockroom audit after the audit is complete? I want a dashboard that shows % accuracy over time, month to month, and have the dashboard just auto update itself each time a new audit is performed. When I look at the audit results, it doesn't appear to be broken down by stockroom.
