Hi all,
Looking to get some help with getting the right information and relationships for our discovered Fortinet Firewall Device.
We added an OID to have the Fortinet Firewall Device CI class discovered (as opposed to an IP router CI class)
We ran discovery with the correct default gateway IP address for the Fortinet Firewall Device of a specific location
The issues that come about are:
- Incorrect IP address on the Fortinet Firewall Device record
- Incorrect switches (3 switches from different locations) related to the Fortinet Firewall Device in the "Related Items" / "Dependency views"
- No servers in the "Related Items"
The expected behaviour we're looking to see is:
- Correct IP address on the fortinet firewall device
- Correct switches related to the fortinet firewall device
- Correct servers related to the fortinet firewall device
- App services/tech services/apps related to the above servers (note: these pieces have been connected/related to servers manually via service mapping)
Any help or pointing to the right direction is much appreciated!
