We are using Intune & Jamf (no Discovery) in a domain-separated ServiceNow environment.
Issue: Duplicate Product Models are being created even when the same model already exists in the same domain.
Expected behavior:
Same model in same domain → should NOT create duplicate
Same model in different domain → duplicate is acceptable
But currently, duplicates are being created regardless.
Looking for guidance on:
Whether normalization (SAM/HAM) impacts this
Best practices to prevent duplicate Product Models in domain-separated setups
