Hello Everyone,
We are currently using HAM Pro on TPSM SKU .
Recently, I came across a video demonstrating how ServiceNow’s Zero Touch Refresh functionality can be integrated with external providers like FedEx using Service Bridge. While I understand the general concept and have reviewed several documents on setting up Service Bridge connections, I’m still unclear on how this integration specifically works with FedEx.
Could anyone provide insights or share helpful resources that explain how to implement this integration with FedEx? Any documentation, articles would be greatly appreciated.
