We are trying to research HAM Pro out of box forms and how to implement them to change our process. I'm struggling with the return process and find a solution that functions similar to our way too custom scripted and complex process.
Currently a form is completed, a deployment Task is created to ship the PC out, a return Task is created to then revive the Asset back (shipped or handed) to the main stockroom with auto email reminders sent to the employee, and our tech team then reimages and preps it to be back in stock.
RMA to the vendor doesn't capture it, so what other option are there for "I have a laptop to ship back to the company stockroom" as a result of a swap? We want to adopt the OOB Ham Pro format but struggling to map out the path to get there.
