I've been looking at our own system for logging requests etc and I'm wondering what way does everyone else handle requests in the system for ham related activities?
Initially we were just going to use incidents to the corresponding class owner to track changes but we've been advised against that as they are not break/fixes.
I was thinking of creating an ad-hoc request for making changes in the system and just wanted to try get some insight to see how other people might work it on their end -
- does anyone else have an ad-hoc request system for Ham related activities?
- if so, what did you include in the request?
- if not - what way did you proceed?
