Hi ,
I want to know more on the status 'NEW' of the HAM Audit results .I have a scenario where if a new device is found during ham & we enter the details like serial ,asset tag ,model ,category etc ,if that particular device is excluded from HAM features then we dont get a message on the asset record like 'this asset is excluded from HAM Features' but if we create a new record manually on the alm_hardware table we get the message for the same details ,why is this behaviour & also is this an expected behaviour ?
