how assets are populated in WSD Lease Administration Form

I have Lease Administration Form. I have added location under contract Location. However im not sure how the assets will be added in this form. can anyone provide input here.

In ServiceNow Workplace Lease Administration, when you have added the location under the Contract Location field, the next step is to explicitly link the assets to the contract. The system doesn’t populate assets automatically based on location alone.

After saving the contract record (with location, dates, and contract details), open the contract in the Core UI or Workplace Central workspace and use the Add Asset function on the Assets/Assets Covered related list. From there, select the assets (physical items, equipment, or licenses) that this contract legally covers. This way, your contract record will show both the location and the assets associated with the lease.
