How can I edit and add few more fields under the consume dialog box

Hi Team,

If we navigate to alm_consumable and click on the consume button a consume dialog box pops up and we have OOB field such as

Quantity

Asset

User

PFA snip for your reference.

Here we have a requirement to edit and add fields such as

Cost center

Location

Price

With in the consume dialog box could you please assist me.

that comes from this OOTB UI page "consume_a_consumable"

You will have to alter that and also update logic to grab those values and accordingly update logic to update the record
