Hello,
we have HAM installed and set up, the Hardware Model Normalization is also installed and set up. I can see most of the models are normalized successfully.
The issue is I cannot neither display normalized model data in the list view nor on the form, nor in a report. I guess that's because the "model" field on the "alm_hardware" table is referencing to the "cmdb_model" table which doesn't have all those normalized fields.
So I was wondering how exactly that normalized model data supposed to be used?
