Specifically I need to find all Hardware that was Discovered more than 90-days after it was Retired.
Generally, I need to understand how to filter (Reports and List Views) on functionally-compatible Data Types.

I am not in an Engineering/Admin role; however, I understand the foundational concern with Data Types in Databases and Programming Languages. My experience has previously been that there are often intelligent handlings of Data Types in Databases and Programming Languages for inherently handling technically-different but functionally-compatible Data Types -- and Platforms are often even more "intelligent" about this type of thing. For the specific matter noted above, I operated under the assumption that DateTime and Date "should" be filtering-compatible.
