How to practice if i learner

I want to take certification and started course with on demand courses welcome to servicenow, and I interested in HAM & SAM certification. Can u pls me how to practice during courses.

There are HAM and SAM simulator courses specifically for this purpose on Now Learning. (I believe they are free as well)

You have to perform certain task with provided instructions and validate.

Use the ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI) to practice. Apply hands-on exercises from the course, focusing on HAM and SAM module configurations, lifecycle management, and reconciliation processes.

for SAM you can use PDI for hands on and for learning, use  the SAM on demand courses available on servicenow learning portal. however for HAM, Servicenow does not provide you access to this module in PDI, you can use the ondemand course from learning portal and check if they are providing similuator instances.
