Hi @ElsabethA,
There is no single answer to that. Firstly it depends on which courses you are referring to (some can be completed in 30 minutes and some of them after a few days, also difference on demand versus instructor-led), but even more on your background and your career goals.
The chance of being hired is influenced by many factors, SN University can definitely support you but experience gained through real projects or employment is usually valued more.
The university is a tool to strengthen your skills and competencies rather tha n a prerequisite for being hired after completing a specific number of courses. That said, completing courses can demonstrate your dedication and help you become more confident and effective on the platform.

Hello @ElsabethA ,
ServiceNow University courses help a LOT, but they do NOT guarantee getting hired by ServiceNow (the company) itself.
If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.
Regards,
Aditya

Hi @ElsabethA ,
Nobody can answer this as there are many dependencies when in the job market. What job is offered, what skill set are required, where is the job located... What is your own real expectation? To take a single CIS and then think you get hired? What is your qualifications etc.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
