Question about apparently missing delete rights in HAM Pro.
Our HAM team want certain access controls for various roles in our HAM implementation. We are seeing that the HAM Admin role, for example, while granting create rights to many sn_hamp* tables, does not also grant delete rights. For loaner orders, for RMAs, for donation orders for example. This seems counterintuitive to me - most often an admin perm with create rights on a table would also have delete rights (e.g. I mistakenly create an RMA, and before any tasks begin I delete it). Before we go and create a bunch of custom ALCs on these tables to allow HAM admins to delete this stuff, can you tell me what I’m missing?

Implementing HAM adheres to an ISO standard and is usually done for audit and compliance purposes. I’m curious why you’d want to delete data that could be relevant for this and risk data integrity.
The platform offers built-in data archiving, allowing you to archive data and permanently delete it after a specified period. This ensures a governed process, enabling you to achieve your desired outcome rather than relying solely on individual decisions.
Furthermore, modifying the out-of-the-box HAM design will create technical debt.
