No Aisle and Space tab to create locations

I have HAM Admin access. However, I do not have an Aisle and Space tab to create for our central warehouse

It seems to be a known here . Here is support KB article.

Please try the resolution in your non-prod instance to check whether it is working.

Our issue is we don't even see the option to add aisles or spaces. Seems this it's for entered values. We don't have that option.
