I am configuring the Hardware Asset Workspace in ServiceNow and want to remove the RMA Order and RMA Order Line tabs from the Inventory view.
To hide them, I deactivated their corresponding records in the sys_ux_screen table. Although the RMA tabs are no longer visible, clicking the Repair Order tab now displays the Transfer Order page and records instead.
Could someone please advise:
- What configuration should be completed before deactivating the RMA screens?
- Is deactivating the sys_ux_screen records the supported approach?
- How can I correct the routing or page configuration so that Repair Order opens the correct page
The attached screenshot below shows the Repair Order tab displaying Transfer Order data.
Please share the accepted ServiceNow solution and recommended steps to resolve this routing issue.
